2012 is a big year for me, the year of my nutrition odyssey, travelling around the world learning as much as I can about health and wellbeing from other cultures. The purpose of this journey is to be able to pass on the incredible things I’m learning to my clients. I will be writing posts on how you can incorporate new foods or habits into your diet. Remember to listen to your body and incorporate the changes that resonate with you the most.  Making small changes in your diet and lifestyle is the key, you don’t need to do everything at once. People are often tempted to completely overhaul their diet, but then the change is too much and they revert to their old ways. Take your time.
